providing to you a luxurious vacation home during your
stay in Florida. Please kept this letter with you
during your trip as a point of reference. It will
explain to you the Reservation Policy, Check
- In Policy, General Information and
Check Out Policy. Please
take time-out to read through this information package. Reservation
Policy Your

This security deposit cannot be used as a credit towards
the balance of your account. This security deposit
is used to secure the house against any damages that may
occur during your stay. Your security deposit
minus any damages will be returned to you within Ten Days
of your departure date from Florida. You must
submit the full balance of your account within two months
prior to your arrival. Your balance of $

Returned Checks will be subject to a $25.00 service

Policy Cancellation
may be made with full refund if done within Two Months of
your Arrival Date. Within One Month from the date of
your Arrival Date, your deposit will be returned
with a 50% penalty plus a $30.00 administrative will be
minus from your refund. Cancellation made after
one month of your Arrival Date is ineligible for any
reimbursement. Dates maybe switched within
two (2) weeks of your arrival date. A $50.00
Administrative Fee will also be charged.
Check
- In Policy Check
- In time is 4:00 p.m. on your date of arrival.
If you need to check in earlier please contact me two
weeks prior to your arrival date to see if your
request can be accommodated. Premier Vacation Homes
Co. will contact you once during your stay to insure that
everything is adequate. The house will be cleaned
and inventoried before your arrival and after your
departure. You may purchase additional cleaning and
maid services through Premier Vacation Homes Co. at your
own expense. No other company is allowed to do any
repairs or cleaning. You
will receive the Key Box Code and the Alarm Code after
you have paid your balance in full. One key
will fit the house front door and the other key will fit
the Recreation Area. The Recreation Area is the
left driveway of 663 Jaybee Street. You are entitle
to use this area as you wish. There is a Basketball
and Tennis Court. There is a large pool is this
area and the 400 Acre Lake. To use
the keys box: 1) Press the clear button down first.
2) Push in the key box code (the code will be given to
you separately) and then press the open button down.
Replace the lid by clearing the code again and then press
in the code. Insert the lid back into the box.
You may put the key back in the box each time you leave
the house. This helps prevent the key from getting
lost. The keys must be return to Key Box on your
departure date. Lost keys will cost $75.00 per key.
The Key Box will be located outside the house near the
front door. VERY
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The house
front door must be locked with the key when leaving in
order to secure the house. If you use the garage,
the button to the door is on the inside of the
garage and you must enter the house to open it. Once
your car is out of the garage push the button again
and it will secure itself. There
will be business cards and a Informational Booklet on the
tables from Premier Vacation Homes Management
Company. Please take one of these cards with you in
case you need assistance from them. Premier Vacation
Homes will charge a service fee to come out and open the
door if you lock yourself out. You may reach them
by calling (800) 396-2401. Premier
Vacation Homes Company will help you during your
stay. Please take time and review the Informational
Booklet. Premier Vacation Homes is your source for
any service for the house during your stay. Their
number is (800) 396-2401.. This number is also
the after business hours number. You will need to
call them to notify them that you have arrived. Security
System This
house is equipped with a security code system that is
monitor. Please feel free to use it. The
security code will be given to you at the time of full
payment. If you forget the code, the alarm will
activate. The Alarm Company will call you first. You
will not know the master code to reset the alarm. The
Management Co. will call you, give them the name of
the person who rented the home. This will be
cleared the alarm. Swimming
Pool The Pool
is from three feet to five feet deep. You and other
swimmers, swim at your and their own risk. There is
to be no diving or horse playing around the pool. Please
do not leave children unattended at any time around the
pool. The Pool has heat is available upon request at a
cost of $130/per week additional to the rental.
General
Information Premier
Vacation Homes Company is in charge of all maintenance
that is to be done. You will need to purchase a
phone card in order to place long distance calls,
unless you have your own phone card. Toll free
call. . The
address of your vacation home is Esprit
Subdivision. The Recreation Area is down the street,
the left side of 663 Jaybee Street. The sofa
is a sleeper and can be use as such. There is a
outside noise law at 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 12:00 am
on the weekend. This law is not to stop you from
swimming at night but, the noise level must be kept
low. Please be pool friendly, some of the neighbors
live in their homes and are employed. Check
Out Policy Check
Out time is 11:00 am. If you need a later time,
please contact me two weeks before your arrival date to
see if arrangement can be made. You will not need
to clean up anything when you leave. However,
please place all the garbage in the outside can in the
garage. Please ensure that the front door is
locked, the garage door is secure and all the lights are
turned off. Please return keys to the Key Box , If
you forget to turn the Key to the Box, you must
mail it to me at your expense. I will arrange with
you to refund your deposit minus any damages. If you

TO GUEST: This property is privately
owned and the management and/or rental company and/or
homeowner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The management company and/or rental company and/or
homeowner will not be responsible for accidents or injury
to guest or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of
any kind. It is advisable that you purchase travel
insurance through your credit card carrier, bank or
travel agent. Please be advise that swimming in the pool
is at your own risk, the owner and management company
assume no responsibility. My
